What NB Designs Doesn’t Do Anymore
After many years of full-service staging, NB Designs now specializes exclusively in occupied home sale consultations.
We no longer provide furniture or accessory rentals and do not stage vacant properties.
That means there is no inventory to sell your client, no furniture rental agreement and no ongoing staging contract.
My role is simple:
Give your seller experienced, independent advice about getting their home market-ready.
When Should You Bring Me In?
Ideally, before the seller starts making changes.
A consultation can be particularly valuable before:
