Please use the Occupied form for any stages where the clients will be residing in the home, even if we’re bringing staging times in. The Occupied consultation forms the foundation to a successful occupied stage and is a prerequisite to our occupied staging services.
Our current pricing for our occupied consults is tiered based on square footage and is as follows:
Things have been difficult for a lot of people this year and we do our best to be conscious of budgets. In order to keep our consultation pricing the same as it was since 2022, we are not having an increase. However, we will no longer be offering a written summary. Your clients will take notes in our custom booklet, which they will get to keep. No additional summary notes will be sent from NB Designs. However, if you decide to add the original written summary to your consultation, this will add $50.
We charge an out of area travel fee of $50 for listings which are more than 25 miles from Dripping Springs.
Silver – up to 2500 Square feet – $300. Add $50 for the classic (original) version of our customized summary
Gold – 2500 – 4000 square feet – $350. Add $50 for the classic (original) version of our customized summary
Platinum 4000 – 5000 Square feet – $400. Add $50 for the classic (original) version of our customized summary
Above 5000 Square feet – $450 and up. Add $50 for the classic (original) version of our customized summary
Any items which need to be brought in will be a separate charge. We don’t provide soft goods or upholstered furniture in homes where there are children or pets.

Small Space Staging for listings under 1000 square feet, Micro-staging for those on a strict budget, Packages, customized renewal options as well as full service luxury staging.
