The Occupied consultation forms the foundation to a successful occupied stage and is a prerequisite to our occupied staging services.
Please note that we will no longer be offering Occupied Home staging hands-on services to luxury homes above $2M or homes where the present furniture styling is traditional.
We also reserve the right to decline to bring in staging items to homes where there are children or pets.
